How to upload file

How to upload your work via website:

  1. Select "Submission" which is on the left side of the web page. You will be directed to the submission form.
  2. Please fill in your personal information and education, and upload scanned documents (integrity pact and student card) in the provided column.
  3. Upload your work in the column provided in ZIP format.
  4. Rename the ZIP file with the format: [Participant's Full Name_University_Nationality_Title of the Batik Design] Make sure that your ZIP file size does not exceed 50 MB.

The uploaded ZIP file must contain:

1. Batik Design

  • The displayed work must show the entire design of hand-written batik motifs in a flat area along with the design scale.
  • The work display should be submitted in JPEG/PDF file format with a resolution of 300 DPI.
  • The work display is saved in a file named “Batik Design”.
  • To guarantee anonymity during judging, participant profiles and university names are not allowed to be displayed on the work display.

 

2. Description of the Design Concept 

The description consists of the title of the work, the concept, the philosophical values of the motif, the color names and codes. The description must be saved in Microsoft Word format and a maximum of 1000 words. File name format: “Design Concept”.

 

3. Design Mockup 

  • The mockup file is available to download on this web page.
  • The mockup file must show the motifs that have been applied to men's and women's work clothes with front and back views. 
  • The design mockup file should be submitted in JPEG/PDF format with a resolution of 300 DPI and has a minimum size of A4. 
  • All mockups are saved in a file named “Mockup”.

 

4. Color

  •  The batik design should include a purple color as the identity of FBS UNY; either in part or in whole. 
  • All colors used in the design must be described in the color names and codes written in the “Design Concept” file.
